Surface treatment galvanizing process
Hot dip acid treatment should be used to release corrosion on the inner and outer surfaces, with a thickness of ≥ 75um in accordance with GB -/T13912-92 standard. The designed service life should not be less than 30 years, and the galvanized surface should be smooth and beautiful, with basically the same color. Surface treatment spray molding process
Spray molding should use outdoor high-purity polyester powder, with a color of white (according to user requirements). The quality of the plastic layer is stable, without fading or peeling. Strong adhesion, resistant to strong solar ultraviolet rays, resistant to ultraviolet rays, suitable for coastal cities and key saline areas. Designed with a service life ratio of less than 30 years, traffic sign poles with a thickness of ≥ 80um, in accordance with ASTMD3359-83 standard. Provide spray testing reports.
